Kör alakú, bronzból készült érem. Előoldal: "S.MARIA". Szűz Mária szembenéző arcképe, dicssugarakkal körülvéve. Alul összefont koszorú. Hátoldal: Középen a Magyar címer, melyet balról cserfa, jobbról babérleveles koszorú fog közre.
Round bronze medallion from the 19th century. On the face: "S. Maria" and the Virgin Mary's portrait surrounded with glory. On the verso: Hungarian blazon in the middle, turkey oak and laurel wreaths on the sides.
