Előoldal: a pontozott szegély mentén két sorban körbefutó felirat: "SZEPLŐTELENÜL FOGANTATOTT SZŰZ MÁRIA / KÖNYÖRÖGJ ÉRETTÜNK KIK HOZZÁD MENEKÜLÜNK". Jellegzetes "Immaculata" ábrázolás: Szűz Mária palástban, fején 12 csillagból álló koronával, kiterjesztett karokkal a földgömbön áll, áldó karjaiból fénysugarak áradnak a föld felé. Lábai alatt a legyőzött kígyó alakja látható. Hátoldal: 12 csillaggal övezett nagy M betű kereszttel, alatta a két Szent Szív: Jézusé töviskoszorúval és Máriáé tőrrel átszúrva.
