Hátoldal: 12 csillaggal övezett ovális kör, melynek pereme mentén angol nyelvű felirat: "O MARY CONCIEVED WITHOUT SIN PRAY FOR US WHO HAVE RECOURSE TO THEE", a körben a nagy M betű kereszttel, alatta a két Szent Szív: Jézusé töviskoszorúval és Máriáé tőrrel átszúrva.
