Ovális alakú, füllel ellátott, könnyűfémből készült (ezüstözött?) kegyérem, melyet a Szeplőtelen Fogantatás hittétel ünnepélyes kihirdetésének 50 éves jubileuma alkalmából adtak ki Franciaországban. Előoldal: A szegély mentén díszítőminta, majd két sorban francia felirat: "O MARIE, CONCUE SANS PECHÉ PRIEZ POUR NOUS QUI AVONS RE-COURS A VOUS 1854-1904". A Szeplőtelen Szűz palástban, fején 12 csillagból álló koronával, kiterjesztett karokkal a felhőkkel övezett földgömbön áll. Áldó karjaiból fénysugarak áradnak a föld felé. Lábai alatt a legyőzött kígyó alakja. Hátoldal:12 csillaggal övezett, egy kereszttel egybefonódott nagy M betű, alatta a két Szent Szív: Jézusé töviskoszorúval és Máriáé tőrrel átszúrva.

Oval silverplated (?) medallion from 1904. Issued on the 50-year jubilee of the ceremonial announcement of the article of the Immaculate Conception in France. On the face: French inscription meaning "Oh Mary, Concieved Without Sin, Pray For Us, Who Have Recourse to Thee 1854-1904". The Immaculate Virgin Mary with a twelve-star crown on the head is standing on a globe that is surrounded with a snake, and rays of light go towards the Earth from her arms. On the verso: letter M and cross, surrounded with 12 stars. Two Holy Hearts below it: Jesus's with crown of thorns and Mary's stabbed with sword.
