Ovális alakú, füllel ellátott, vékony ezüstlemezből készült kegyérem francia nyelvű felirattal. Előlap: A külső köríven felirat: "BÉNIE SOIT LA SAINTE ET IMMACULEE CONCEPTION DE LA B.V. MARIE". Alul: "N.D.DE LOURDES". A belső köríven: "JE SUIS L'IMMACULEE CONCEPTION". Jelzet: "A.C. DEPOSE". A Lourdes-i Szent Szűz dicssugarakkal övezett alakja, fején koronával. Hátoldal: A külső köríven: "SANCTUAIRE DE N.D. DE LOURDES" A középrészen jobb oldalt: "MILLE FOIS NOUS VOUS FELICITONS O MARIE IMMACULEE". Alul jelzet: "A.C. DEPOSE". A Lourdes-i Szeplőtelen Fogantatás Bazilika épülete (Basilique de l'Immaculée Conception). A fülön beütött ezüstjelzés.
