Egyedi alakú, füllel ellátott, fémből készült érem. Előlap: A Lourdes-i Szent Szűz alakja, imára kulcsolt kezekkel. A háttérben a Lourdes-i Szeplőtelen Fogantatás Bazilika épülete (Basilique de l'Immaculée Conception). Kiemelkedő barokkos szegély, alul virágmintás díszítésekkel. Hátoldal: Sima. Középen kompozícióban egymásra heyezett "N(otre) D(ame) DE L(ourdes)" betűk, felül koronával, melyből bourbon liliom nő ki.
