Kör alakú, füllel ellátott, fémből készült érem. Előlapján Jézus Szíve ábrázolás jellegzetes díszítő kerettel, a háttér apró keresztekkel mintázott. Hátoldalán a lourdes-i Szent Szűz látható csúcsos ovális alakzatban, rajta francia felirattal: "PRIEZ POUR NOUS NOTRE DAME DE LOURDES".
