Kör alakú, alumíniumból készült érem. Előlapján Jézus Szíve ábrázolás díszesen mintázott szegéllyel, a szegély mentén két oldalon "JÉZUSOM IRGALOM!" felirattal. Hátoldalán a szentgyónás ún. bánatimája olvasható, alul a kármelita rend címerével, a szegélyen pedig "KÁRMELHEGYI BOLDOGASSZONY KÖNYÖRÖGJ ÉRETTÜNK!" felirattal.
Round aluminium medallion from the 20th century. On the face: depiction of Jesus's heart and inscription meaning "Jesus, mercy me!". On the verso: prayer of regret (in the holy confession), blazon of the Carmelite Order and inscription meaning "Our Blessed Lady of Mount Carmel, pray for us!".
