Kör alakú, alumíniumból készült érem, letört füllel. Előlapján Jézus Szíve ábrázolás jellegzetes díszítő kerettel, a keret mentén "JÉZUSOM BÍZOM BENNED" felirattal. Hátoldalán Szűz Mária a gyermek Jézussal "VIGYÁZZ RÁNK ÉGI ÉDESANYÁNK" felirattal.
Round aluminium medallion. On the face: Jesus's heart depiction and Hungarian inscription meaning "My Jesus, I Trust in You". On the verso: Virgin Mary with the Child Jesus and inscription meaning "Our Heavenly Mother, Take Care of Us". From the 20th century.
