Kör alakú, füllel ellátott, rézből készült csodás érem, melyet a német Mária Gyermekei Egyesület (Verein Der Marien Kinder) adott ki. Előoldal: A peremes szegélyen két sorban elhelyezett körbefutó német felirat: "O MARIA OHNE SÜNDE EMPFANGEN BITT FÜR UNS DIE / ZU DIR UNSERE ZUFLUCHT NEHMEN". Jellegzetes "Immaculata" ábrázolás: Szűz Mária palástban, fején glóriával, kiterjesztett karokkal a földgömbön áll. Áldó karjaiból fénysugarak áradnak a föld felé. Lábai alatt a legyőzött kígyó alakja. Hátoldal: a szegély mentén "VEREIN DER MARIEN KINDER" felirat. Középen kereszttel egybefonódott nagy M betű, alatta a két Szent Szív: Jézusé töviskoszorúval és Máriáé tőrrel átszúrva. Legalul kis táblácska, feltehetően gravírozásra.
