Interior of a Coca-Cola stand. The first bottle of Coca-Cola rolled off the production line at the factory of the Hungarian Liqueur Industrial Company in Kőbánya on 17 June, 1968, thus it began spreading. The soft drink was presented to the Hungarian public at the 1967 Budapest International Fair, where Coca-Cola was presented at a separate stand. According to company history records, there was such a huge interest in the “soft drink expressing the American youth's sense of life” that the cola company’s stand had to be protected by the police from the crowds of those interested.
