Kör alakú, kétoldalas emlékérem füllel, Kossuth Lajos (1802-1894) tiszteletére, halála alkalmából. Előlapján: Kossuth Lajos képmása látható, körülötte felirat: "KOSSUTH // LAJOS". Hátlapján: bal oldalon pálmaágak, alul babérágak futnak, jobb oldalon felirat: "DICSŐ KORSZAK / LÁNGLELKŰ ALKOTÓJA / SZÜLETETT MEGHALT / 1802 1894 / SZEPT16 MAR20". Jobb oldalon félkörben felirat fut: "NEKED ÉLNI KELL O HON".
Round memorial medal issued in honour of Lajos Kossuth (recto) and his death. On the verso: Inscription "Genious creator / of a glorious era / born and died / 1802 1894/ 16 September 20 March" and "Oh Homeland you must live" framed with palm and laurel wreath.
