Kör alakú, kétoldalas emlékérem füllel, Petőfi Sándor (1823-1849) és Bem József (1794-1850) tiszteletére, az 1848-as forradalom és szabadságharc 50. évfordulója alkalmából. Az előlapon Petőfi Sándor és Bem József arcképe látható profilból, mellettük kétoldalt "PETÖFI" és "BEM" feliratokkal. A hátoldalon tölgy- és babérkoszorús keretben felirat: "EMLÉK ÉREM / 1899 / MÁRCIUS 15.".
