Kör alakú, kétoldalas emlékérem az aacheni dóm1852-es helyreállítása alkalmából. Előlapján az aacheni Dóm (Münsterkirche) homlokzati képe délkeletről, mellette bal és jobb oldalt jelzetek: "GESTOCHEN VON J. WIENER // NACH ZEITUNGEN VON T. STEIN.". Az alsó cikkelyben felirat: "MÜNSTER KIRCHE ZU AACHEN / NACH IHRER / WIEDERHERSTELLUNG". Hátoldalán a Münster belső tere, alatta a cikkelyben a következő felirattal: "INNERES DER MÜNSTERKIRCHE ZU AACHEN / DAS OCTOGON ERBAUT /VON CARL DEM GROSSEN 796-804. / DAS HOHE CHOR GEGRÜNDET / DURCH GERHARD CHORUS 1353 / BEENDET 1414".
