A 4. Cserkész Világdzsembori 1933-ban Magyarországon, Gödöllőn került megrendezésre. A rendezvényen 54 ország 26 000 cserkésze (ennek kb. fele magyar) vett részt. A tábor jelvénye a magyar mitológiából ismeretes csodaszarvas volt. A cserkészetet Robert Baden-Powell (Bi-Pi) alapította Angliában a 20. század elején, napjainkban a világ legelterjedtebb ifjúságnevelő mozgalma. Hazánkban 1910-től alakultak csapatok, a Magyar Cserkészszövetség 1912-ben jött létre. Az 1940-es években történt megszüntetés után, 1988-ban alakult újjá a cserkzet Magyarországon.

The 4th World Scout Jamboree was held in 1933 in Gödöllő, Hungary. It was attended by 26 000 scouts from 54 countries (about half of them Hungarian). The badge of the camp was the miraculous stag, known from Hungarian mythology. Scouting was founded by Robert Baden-Powell (Bi-Pi) in England at the beginning of the 20th century and is today the most widespread youth education movement in the world. In Hungary, troops were formed from 1910, the Hungarian Scout Association was founded in 1912. After being disbanded in the 1940s, Scouting was re-established in Hungary in 1988.
