A képen a Békéscsabai "Hangya" Boltmúzeum egy részlete látható. A Boltmúzeum története akkor kezdődött, amikor a Békéscsaba és Vidéke ÁFÉSZ Megyei Szövetsége 1987-ben gyűjtőmunkát indított szaktörténeti emlék megmentésére. A szakgyűjtemény anyagát a Magyar Kereskedelmi és Vendéglátóipari Múzeum is kiegészítette, így nyílt lehetőség arra, hogy 1989. június 6-án a Múzeum megnyílt a nagyközönség előtt, az ÁFÉSZ-ek Szövetsége békéscsabai székházában. A berendezése egy egykori Hangya szövetkezeti boltból származik. Jelenleg (2014) újrarendezve a Zwack József Kereskedelmi és Vendéglátóipari Tagiskolában látható. A képen egy 1904-es National kassza (pénztárgép) látható.

The furnishing is from a former Ant cooperative shop, currently (2014) rearranged at the Zwack József School of Commerce and Catering.

The “Ant” National Consumption and Sales Cooperative was a cooperative network in Hungary in the first half of the 20th century.

"ÁFÉSZ" is the unified name of the cooperatives operating in Hungary before the change of regime, mainly operating rural shops, the abbreviation of the Általános Fogyasztási és Értékesítési Szövetkezet (General Consumption and Sales Cooperative). Territorially and locally, there were several ÁFÉSZ, but hairdressers, confectioners, shoemakers, etc. were also grouped into cooperatives.
