Egyoldalas veretű, kör alakú alumínium érem, horizontális füllel. A Szentháromságot megjelenítő ún. "kegyelem trónusa" (Gnadenstuhl) ábrázolással. Az Atyaisten a kezében tartja a kereszten függő Krisztust, alattuk lebeg a Szentlélek galamb képében.
