Ovális alakú, horizontális füllel ellátott, papírból, alumíniumból és vékony rézlemezből készült kegyérem. A két lemez által közrefogott papíron a keresztre feszített Krisztus és a "Seitren (?) bis in den Tod / Ich rette dich aus aller Noth" német felirat.
