Ovális alakú, füllel ellátott, vékony fémlemezből készült kegyérem. Előlap: "MARIA TROST". Szűz Mária ölében a gyermek Jézussal. Hátlap: "HEILIGSRE (sic!) HERZEN JEZU UND MARIA". Jézus töviskoszorúval átfont, és Mária tőrrel átszúrt, lángoló Szíve. A szíveken felirat: "JESU" ill. "MAR". Felettük korona.
Oval metal medallion from the 19th-20th centuries. On the face: inscription "Maria Trost", the Virgin Mary holding the Child Jesus. On the verso: German inscription, the flaming Holy Heart of Jesus tied with a crown of thorns and the flaming Holy Heart of Mary stabbed with sword, and a crown above them.
