Ovális alakú, füllel ellátott, vékony fémlemezből készült kegyérem. Előlap: "ANDENKEN" A mariatrost-i Vigasztaló Szűz Mária kegyszobor ábrázolása: Szűz Mária karjában a gyermek Jézussal, felhőkön. Két oldalt lebegő angyalok alakja. Hátlap: "MARIA TROST". A mariatrost-i bazilika épülete. A fülön beütött "KG" jelzet.
Oval metal medallion from the 19th-20th centuries. On the face: inscription "Andenken", the Blessed Lady of Consolation of Mariatrost holding the Child Jesus, surrounded by angels. On the verso: inscription "Maria Trost" and the building of the Basilica of Mariatrost.
