Ovális alakú, füllel ellátott, ezüstözött rézből készült kegyérem. Előlap: "HEILIGE MARIA BITT' FÜR UNS!" A Sloup-i (Csehország) imádkozó Fájdalmas Anya kegyszobor képe rózsakoszorúval övezve, felül kereszttel, lent felhő fodrokkal. Hátlap: "MARIA SLOUP". Tájkép a Sloup-i kegytemplom épületével.
Oval silverplated copper medallion from the 19th-20th centuries. On the face: German inscription and the Praying Mother of Sorrows of Sloup surrounded with roses, a cross and clouds. On the verso: inscription "Maria Sloup" and the building of the Church of Sloup.
