Pajzs alakú, füllel ellátott, könnyűfémből készült érem. Előlap: "ROSA MYSTICA" (Titkos Értelmű Rózsa). A Szent Szűz balra néző vállképe, feje körül glóriával. Alul a pajzsból kilépő rózsabokor díszítéssel. Sima hátoldalán kurzív vésett felirat: "MARIAZELL". A fülön fémjelzet.
Shield-shaped metal medallion from the 19th-20th centuries. On the face: inscription meaning "Mystical Rose". The Holy Virgin's portrait with glory. A rose-bush is covering the lower part of the shield. On the verso: engraved inscription Mariazell.
