Műbőrre ragasztott vékony alumíniumlemez, rajta a mariazell-i kegyszobor alapján ábrázolt felhőkön lebegő Madonna, karjában a gyermek Jézussal. Lent a város látképe, előtérben a kegytemplom épületével. A felső két sarokban leveles díszítőmotívumok. Alul felirat: "MARIA ZELL". Bordó színű műbőr lapkára ragasztva, amely aranyozott "Mariazell" feliratú műbőr tokba illeszkedik.
