Műbőrre ragasztott vékony ezüstlemez, rajta a mariazell-i kegyszobor alapján ábrázolt felhőkön lebegő Madonna, karjában a gyermek Jézussal. Lent a város látképe, előtérben a kegytemplom épületével. A felső két sarokban leveles díszítőmotívumok. Fémjelzet: "800" (800-as finomságú ezüst). Zöld színű papíralapú műbőrre ragasztva, melynek hátoldalán rányomással készített felirat: "UNDER DEINEM SCHUTZ" (Oltalmad alatt). Aranyozott "MariaZell" feliratű műbőr tokkal.
