A kiállítás a az Osztrák Kulturális Fórum, a bécsi Sacher tulajdonosai és a Magyar Kereskedelmi és Vendéglátóipari Múzeum szoros együttműködésével jött létre. A képen egy külön a Sacher részére készített herendi porcelán étkészlet látható. A kiállított használati- és emléktárgyak, illetve a berendezett enteriőrök bútorzata, mind eredetiek, a Sacher tulajdonosai kölcsönözték a kiállítás időtartamára.

Former MKVM catering-industry exhibition in Budapest. Sacher exhibition of the Hungarian Museum of Trade and Tourism. The exhibition was created by the close collaboration between the Austrian Cultural Forum, the owners of Sacher in Vienna and the Hungarian Museum of Trade and Tourism. The picture shows a porcelain dinner-service made by the Herend Porcelain Manufacture especially for Sacher. The exhibited utility- and souvenir objects as well as the furnishings of the interiors, are all original, lent by the owners of Sacher for the duration of the exhibition.
