A kiállítás a az Osztrák Kulturális Fórum, a bécsi Sacher tulajdonosai és a Magyar Kereskedelmi és Vendéglátóipari Múzeum szoros együttműködésével jött létre (megtekinthető volt a múzeum épületében az időpontot tekintve az V. kerület, Lipótváros, Szent István téren). A kiállított használati- és emléktárgyak, illetve a berendezett enteriőrök bútorzata, mind eredetiek, a Sacher tulajdonosai kölcsönözték a kiállítás időtartamára. A képen a bécsi Sacher szálloda a kiállításon berendezett enteriőrje látható. Az európai hírű szálloda 1934 óta a Gürtler család tulajdonában üzemel.

Former MKVM catering-industry exhibition in Budapest. Sacher exhibition of the Hungarian Museum of Trade and Tourism. The exhibition was created by the close collaboration between the Austrian Cultural Forum, the owners of Sacher in Vienna and the Hungarian Museum of Trade and Tourism. The exhibited utility- and souvenir objects as well as the furnishings of the interiors, are all original, lent by the owners of Sacher for the duration of the exhibition. The photo shows an interior of the Sacher Hotel built in the exhibition. The hotel, which is famous all over Europe, is owned by the family Gürtler since 1934.
