A felvételen a kiállítás lapozóinak tablóiról készült fotók egyike látható (VIII. 9. és 10.). Különösen az 1958. évi Brüsszeli Világkiállítás Magyar Éttermének nagy sikere után a szocialista vendéglátóipar számos külföldi üzletben képviselte gasztronómiánkat.
A former exhibition of the Hungarian Museum of Trade and Tourism about the history of menu cards. You can see the menus of various Hungarian restaurants. Especially after the great success of the Hungarian Restaurant at the World's Fair in Brussels in 1958, the socialist catering industry represented our gastronomy in several foreign businesses.
