Az Apostolok-hoz címzett sörözőt (söntést) Förster János 1903-ban alapította meg, a belvárosi Kígyó utcában. Azt gondolná az ember, hogy nevét a ma is megtekinthető az apostolokat ábrázoló mozaikokról kapta a nevét, azonban csak az 1929-es bővítésnél kerültek a söröző belső terébe.

Its first owner and founder was Mr. János Förster, who was from the second generation of a restaurant dynasty. Later, his sons, Miklós and Pál continued the family tradition. The artistically designed wooden furniture has been defining the atmosphere of the room ever since with Hungarian and German inscriptions. The pub addressed to the Apostles was founded by Mr. János Förster in 1903, in Kígyó Street of the city center. One would think that it got its name from the mosaics depicting the apostles, however, it was not there until the 1929 expansion when they entered the interior of the pub.
