Berchmans Szent János képmása (vera effigies)
A füzetszerűen szétnyitható lap előoldalán Berchmans Szent János jezusita szent képmása látható ovális medallionban, a kereten végigfutó felirattal, mely a következő: "VERA EFFIGIES V. IOANNIS BERCHMANS BELGAE E SOCIETATE IESV." A keret "zárókövén" a jezsuita címer látható az "IHS" monogrammal. A képmező alatt a szent életrajzi adatai: "Natus diestemii 1599.13.Martii / Obiit Romae 1621. 13. Augusti. / Solitus decere / De Crucifixo rosario regulis / Hac tria mihi carissima / Cum his libenter moriar.". A kihajtott lap belső oldalain és hátoldalán Berchmans Szent János életrajza, illetve 25 pontban imák és rövid fogadalmak olvashatók. A lap hátoldalán lent a kiadó jelzete: "Aus der Cathecet.Bibliothec S.J. bey St. Ana in Wien. 1752."
