Helyszíne a székesfehérvári Vörösmarty Cukrászda kávészalonja volt, a kiállítást Hajba Kálmán elvtárs, a megyei Tanács V.B. elnökhelyettese nyitotta meg. Rendezői a Magyar Kereskedelmi és Vendéglátóipari Múzeum (MKVM) és a Fejér Megyei Vendéglátóipari Vállalat volt. A kiállítás megrendezéséhez segítséget nyújtott az István Király Múzeum és a Fejér Megyei Levéltár. Az album előszavát Takács Ernő a Fejér Megyei Vendéglátóipari Vállalat igazgatója írta.

Former MKVM catering industry exhibition in Székesfehérvár 1972. From the history of the Hungarian catering industry. The exhibition entitled "1000 Years of Hungarian Hospitality" was located in the coffee salon of Vörösmarty Confectionery. Photos from the photo album made on the occasion of the exhibition. It was opened by comrade Kálmán Hajba. Its directors were the Hungarian Museum of Trade and Tourism (MKVM) and the Fejér County Catering Industrial Company. The King Stephen Museum and the Fejér County Archives assisted in organizing the exhibition. The foreword to the album was written by Ernő Takács, the director of the Fejér County Catering Industrial Company.
