A fővárosban a három rokonipar mint iparcsoport alakította meg 1884-ben, a Budapesti Sütő, Cukrász és Mézeskalácsos ipartestület. Később a sütők kiváltak, de a sütők nélküli Budapesti Cukrász ás Mézeskalácsos ipartestület azonban csak 1906-ban jött létre. A tárlóban ezzel kapcsolatos dokumentumok tekinthetőek meg. A fali vitrinben különböző szakújságok, mint a Magyar Cukrász és Mézeskalácsos újság számai tekinthetőek meg.

Exhibition organized by the Hungarian Museum of Trade and Tourism in Budapest in 1982. A permanent exhibition entitled "The History of the Hungarian Confectionery Industry 1884-1996". Budapest Baker, Confectioner, and Gingerbread Industry Association was established in 1884. Bakers separated later, thus the Budapest Confectioner and Gingerbread Industry Association was established in 1906.
