A képen a kiállítás lapozóinak tablóiról készült fotók egyike látható (I. 3. és 4.). A felvételen az étlapok XIX. század-i történetét követhetjük nyomon. A legrégebbi magyarországi étlap 1835-ből a magyaróvári Fekete Sas-ból származik. A jobb felső tablón 1846-ból származó a Nemzeti Kaszinó étlapját kiegészítő, kötött árú menübe választható ételeket tartalmazó úgynevezett "mustra" látható Kossuth Lajos aláírásával. A jobb alsón 1840-es évekből fennmaradt étlap illetve számlakuriózumok tekinthetőek meg. A bal alsón az illetékes hatóság részére kézzel írt feljegyzések olvashatóak.

A former exhibition of the Hungarian Museum of Trade and Tourism about the history of menu cards. By the objects in the show-case, we can trace the 19th-century history of menus. The oldest menu in Hungary dates back to 1835 from the Fekete Sas (Black Eagle) in Magyaróvár. The upper right panel shows the so-called "muster" from 1846, which includes dishes that can be selected in the fixed-price menu of the National Casino, signed by Lajos Kossuth. In the lower right panel, you can see the surviving menu and bill curiosities from the 1840s. At the bottom left paner, there are handwritten notes for the competent authority.
